Where We Came From
Cultivate House Detailing was founded in 2022 by Joshua Mote. The ultimate goal and vision of Cultivate House Detailing is to provide convenience and excellent customer service and to cultivate the next generation of service industry professionals. Too often, we hear that service companies don’t get back to their customers in a timely manner or stand behind their work. Cultivate House Detailing is working to upgrade the customer service experience in Colorado Springs. There’s also a deeper need we are working to fill: the lack of trained service industry professionals. We are working to cultivate and train the next generation of service industry professionals for the long-term health of the industry and for the betterment of our beautiful city of Colorado Springs.
Joshua is passionate about leadership, growth, and team development. He has been involved in world-class customer service businesses since 2014 and cares deeply to know that our customers, employees, and community alike are uplifted by their interactions with Cultivate. Joshua's family spans 5 generations in and around Colorado Springs. He has been an entrepreneur since the age of five, and can't seem to turn off the problem solving side of his brain. He loves spending time with his wife and two children, doing home improvement projects, and meeting one-on-one with anyone who is ready to have a real conversation.
Matt has accumulated over 27 years of window cleaning experience in various roles stretching from Technician to Division Manager.He lives in the mountains with his wife, April, and their 3 dogs. They enjoy hiking and playing with their dogs. April and Matt love to explore Caribbean beaches when they get the chance to escape.Matt is excited to assist in building a highly trained, unique crew of professional window and gutter cleaning technicians and, of course, having some fun while safely cleaning windows.
Jonmarc has over 10 years of home service experience spanning multiple trades. He's passionate about the mission at Cultivate to train up the next generation of trades workers and increase impact to help more young professionals make successful transitions into the trades and home services industry. An almost Colorado Springs native, he's been in Colorado Springs since he was 3. He loves spending time with his wife and 2 young children and enjoying the beautiful Colorado landscape. He loves helping others and is always excited to have coffee with a new person!
Justin is driven by an intense passion for his work and an unwavering dedication to forging meaningful connections with his customers, Justin boasts over 7 years of experience in various service industry roles.Outside the office he spends his freetime with his girlfriend, together, they challange themselves through powerlifting sessions on weekdays. On the weekends, accompanied by his golden retriever, Ruex, the three explore Colorado's breathtaking landscapes through skiing and hiking 14ers, embarking on remote camping trips, and offroading in his trusty Toyota 4Runner.Cultivate's unwavering commitment to both their customers and community resonates deeply with Justin, and the presence of a like minded and hardworking team further reinforces his core values.
