Yes, we certainly do. We clean windows throughout the winter, taking advantage of warmer days as much as possible and adjusting our solution for colder temperatures when necessary. If it’s too cold to clean your windows, we will call and reschedule with you.
High winds can be dangerous for setting up and standing on ladders. If it is too windy for us to complete your project, we will call and reschedule with you.
We encourage you to remove items from nearby the windows and open all of your window coverings. If you have small furniture that will prevent us from accessing nearby windows, we ask that you move it away. We are happy to assist with moving larger furniture as needed. Excessively heavy/large/breakable items will need to be moved by a professional, or the associated window may not be able to be cleaned.
We would prefer to start and end the service appointment with you if possible; however, if you need to run an errand while we are working that is not a problem! If you cannot be home, we will work with you to make that happen too.
